Amazon account management, in detail.
What Amazon store management actually means
Running an Amazon store is not one job. It's listings, stock, shipments, customer messages, policy notices, ads, pricing and reporting, every single day. Most brand owners end up doing a bit of each in between everything else, and the account slowly drifts: a listing gets suppressed, a shipment sits unchecked, ad spend creeps up.
When I take over Amazon account management, I own all of it. My team at Technomiles does the hands-on work in Seller Central, and I make sure it gets done, in the right order, with a written weekly update so you always know where the account stands.

Listings, A+ content and keywords
Your listing is your shop window and your search ranking at the same time. We research the keywords buyers actually use, then write titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend search terms around them, within Amazon's style rules for your category.
For brand-registered sellers we build A+ content (and Premium A+ where eligible), Brand Store pages and comparison charts that answer questions before buyers ask them. We also keep an eye on listing hijacks, unwanted changes to your detail pages and suppressed listings, and fix them as they appear.

FBA, FBM and inventory planning
Running out of stock on Amazon costs you more than the sales you miss: rankings drop and take weeks to recover. Holding too much stock costs you storage and aged-inventory fees. We plan FBA shipments from your sales velocity and lead times, work within your capacity limits, and keep FBM orders moving on time.
If you sell the same products on eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop or Shopify, we keep Amazon in step with them, so a sale on one channel never leaves you with an order you can't fulfil on another.

|---|---|---|
| Who ships | Amazon | You or your 3PL |
| We plan | Shipments from sales velocity and lead times | Orders moving on time |
| Watch out for | Storage and aged-inventory fees | Late shipments and tracking |
| Stock | Synced with every channel | Synced with every channel |

Account health and appeals
Amazon judges sellers on order defect rate, late shipments, cancellations, valid tracking and policy compliance. We check the Account Health dashboard every week, deal with warnings early, and keep records that make any appeal easier.
If something does go wrong, such as a listing removed for a policy reason, an IP complaint or a performance notification, we write clear, factual plans of action and follow them up until the issue is closed.
Amazon PPC and pricing
Ads are part of the same job, not a separate department. We run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display against your margins and stock levels, so you don't pay for clicks on products that are about to run out. You can read more on the Amazon PPC page.
We also watch pricing and the Featured Offer (Buy Box), and flag fee changes before they hit your margins, especially before Q4 and Prime events.

Amazon US, Amazon UK, or both
I work with brands selling on Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, or both. Selling in both markets means separate listings, prices, VAT and sales tax rules, and stock plans, but one person keeping it all aligned. Your weekly report shows each marketplace clearly, side by side.

What the first month looks like
In week one, my team audits the account: listings, stock, account health, ads and fees. In week two you get a written plan ranked by impact, with the quick wins first. Once you approve it, we take over the daily work, and your weekly report starts straight away, so you can see what changed and why.

Common questions.
Yes. I work with brands selling on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk, including brands selling on both.
It depends on the number of products, marketplaces and whether ads are included. After a free call and a short audit, I send a written plan with a fixed monthly price, so there are no surprises.
Yes. Everything stays in your name. My team works through user permissions you grant in Seller Central, and you can remove access at any time.
I can review what Amazon has flagged, write a clear plan of action and manage the appeal. I can't promise Amazon's decision, but a well-documented appeal gives you the best chance.
Yes. If you own a registered trademark, I help with Brand Registry enrolment and then use its tools: A+ content, Brand Stores, Sponsored Brands and brand protection reports.
Fixes to listings, stock and account health usually show in the first few weeks. Ranking and ad improvements build over two to three months. You'll see progress in every weekly report.
Yes, and that's where I'm most useful. Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop and Shopify are run as one operation, with stock in sync and one weekly report covering all of them.
