Shopify store management, in detail.
Your Shopify store as the home base
Marketplaces bring you buyers, but they own the customer relationship and they set the rules. Your own Shopify store is the one channel you fully control: your brand, your customer data, your margins. That's why I treat Shopify as the home base and connect every marketplace back to it.
Whether you need a new store, a redesign, a move to Shopify Plus or someone to run an existing store, I manage it end to end, with my team at Technomiles doing the design, development and daily work.
Store builds and redesigns
A new store starts with planning, not a theme. We map your product catalog, collections, navigation and the pages buyers need to trust you, then build on a well-supported Shopify theme customised to your brand. Custom sections are added where they help sales, not for decoration.
Redesigns start with what your data says: which pages lose buyers, where mobile visitors get stuck, and which products deserve more space. Every build is tested on mobile first, since that's where most of your traffic comes from.
- 1Plan catalog, collections and navigation
- 2Theme customised to your brand

Apps, automations and Shopify Flow
Most Shopify stores collect apps over time and end up slower and more expensive than they need to be. We review your apps, remove the ones you don't need and replace overlapping ones, then set up automations in Shopify Flow for the repetitive work: tagging orders, alerting on low stock, routing fraud checks, and following up with customers.

Marketplace and inventory integrations
Shopify connects to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Google and Meta, either directly or through multichannel tools. We set up those connections so products, stock and orders flow in both directions, and the same unit can never be sold twice.
That one connected setup is what makes running five channels manageable, and it's the foundation for one weekly report across your whole business.
- Product added in Shopify
- Listed on every channel
- Sale on any channel
- Stock updates everywhereThe same unit can't sell twice
Speed, conversion and SEO
A faster store sells more. We compress images, trim scripts, remove unused apps and fix the issues Google's Core Web Vitals point to. We also improve product pages, collection pages and checkout settings so more visitors become buyers.
On the search side, we set up clean URLs, product structured data, meta titles and descriptions, and connect Google Search Console and Merchant Center, so your products can show up in Google search and Shopping.

Migrations to Shopify and Shopify Plus
My team moves stores from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and other platforms to Shopify, including products, customers, order history and URL redirects so you keep your Google rankings. For growing brands, we handle upgrades to Shopify Plus and set up its extra features, such as checkout customisation, B2B and multiple expansion stores.

Common Shopify problems we fix
Most stores we take over have the same handful of issues: too many apps slowing the site down, collections that are hard to browse, product pages missing key information, broken redirects from an old platform, and stock that drifts out of sync with the marketplaces. None of these are dramatic on their own, but together they cost real sales. We list them in the audit, fix them in order of impact, and keep them from coming back.

How it works
- STEP 01AuditReview stores, numbers, workflow.
- STEP 02PlanWritten roadmap with owners and dates.
- STEP 03ExecuteMy team runs the day-to-day.
- STEP 04ReportClear update every week.
- STEP 05GrowScale what works, add channels.
Common questions.
Both. I can build a new store and then manage it day to day, or take over an existing one.
Shopify Plus is Shopify's plan for larger brands. It adds more checkout control, B2B features, automation tools and expansion stores, at a higher monthly cost. I'll tell you honestly whether you need it.
Not if the migration is planned properly. We map old URLs to new ones with redirects and carry over page titles and content, so search engines can follow the move.
Yes. We review your theme, apps, images and scripts, fix what's slowing the store down, and measure the result with Google's speed tools.
Yes. Shopify connects to all of them, directly or through multichannel tools, so stock and orders stay in sync.
Yes. Many clients keep me on to run the store day to day: products, orders, apps, promotions and reporting.
Fixed projects start from $1,500, and the price depends on the design, catalog size and integrations. You get a clear scope and price before work begins.
